Lamb
SoCo lamb is seasonally available and sells out quickly! The meat is processed at Milton Meats and butchered to our specifications by a local Berry butcher. Returning customers have the option of specifying preferred cuts, so long as lamb is purchased in advance. Whether you love chops and sausages, or lamb back strap and rump, the choice is yours. Lamb is available for purchase a half lamb or a whole, but not individual cuts at this stage.
Price varies according to the season, but as a rule of thumb; a full lamb (roughly 25kgs) is $450 and a half is $225.

Honey
There is nothing more delicious than honey straight from a hive nestled in a spotted gum grove! Our bees forage on our trees and beyond, and their honey is bloody yummy. Our honey is seasonally available and will be advertised as we harvest. Bees are not fans of the winter, so in the cooler months when they are busy feeding themselves and their young, we do not harvest their honey, in keeping with our regenerative agriculture values.
